Last year we were fortunate enough to deliver an 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course, funded by the Mindfulness Association.
One thing we found is that everyone really enjoyed the guided meditation, a time where they could set a regular time each week to practice.
With that in mind, we wanted to make everyone aware of the FREE daily online meditations run by the Mindfulness Association.
There are two practices which run Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 11am and 7pm to 8pm.
