We are delighted to announce that on Wednesday 15th September, 6pm to 7pm we will be hosting online an Introduction into Mindfulness.
We will be joined by the amazing Polly Johnson from Grounded Space. Polly is a Mindfulness teacher and facilitator, who is able to bring Mindfulness to life in a down to earth way, making it accessible for everyone.
Polly has experience working with people in youth justice, domestic abuse, addiction and mental health services.
Mindfulness can play an important part of your recovery and this session has been designed to help you learn and understand a bit more about how it could help you!
